The EDIFACT EDITOR is a convenient tool for editing EDIFACT messages. The editor is completely web-based and does not require any kind of installation on the client computer. EDIFACT messages are difficult to read and manipulate. Even though these messages are not designed to be human-readable, anyone with experience in EDI formats is aware that there is a significant amount of human manipulation of the data during requirements gathering, design, development, and testing phases of a project. Furthermore, EDIFACT messages often pose challenges for operational and support staff who are frequently required to manually verify the message structure and/or content.

A stable version of the EDIFACT EDITOR is released. This release is slightly buggy, but functional.  The BETA version is certified only for Internet Explorer 6, 7, and 8 beta.
